Keystone Vault · Workforce OS
The operating system for a
ready workforce
Six connected pillars. One record per person. From the first application to full security clearance — the workforce lifecycle, run from one vault.

Modular by design
The Problem
Your workforce lives in ten disconnected tools
Recruiting in one system, assessments in another, HR records in a third, training in a fourth, timekeeping in a fifth, security in a sixth. Nothing ties out, audits become fire drills, and the true record of a person is scattered across logins. Keystone Vault closes the gaps — every pillar writes to one connected, audit-ready record.
The Platform
Six pillars, one vault
Each pillar stands on its own. Together they run the full lifecycle of an employee. Click any pillar to explore it.
01 · Recruit
RecruitVault
Source and match the right people — then push qualified candidates straight into the hiring record. No re-keying, no lost applicants.
02 · Assess
WAY
Prove the fit before the hire. A structured assessment measures every candidate against what the role actually demands.
03 · Record
WorkVault
One audit-ready record per person. The secure HR core — from applicant to active employee — across People, Operations, and Governance.
04 · Time
TimeVault
Account for every hour. Compliant time capture with charge-code discipline and an audit trail — flowing straight to accounting.
05 · Train
TrainVault
Training that proves itself. Required coursework — CMMC, safety, job-specific — turned into audit-ready evidence, every completion tracked.
06 · Secure
Vaultline
Security built in, threats locked out. Enterprise-grade, zero-trust protection wrapping the whole platform and everyone in it.
The Lifecycle
One person, start to secure
Every stage hands off to the next — and writes to the same record.

Independent or Stacked
Every pillar stands alone. Stacked, they’re stronger.
Run any single pillar end-to-end on its own — or stack them for compounding power. Because every pillar writes to one shared record, each one you add makes the others stronger. Start with the problem that hurts most today; grow to all six. No rip-and-replace, no lock-in.
Run one
Any pillar works standalone, front to back — RecruitVault, TimeVault, Vaultline, whichever you need first. No other pillar required.
Stronger together
Stack pillars and they compound: one shared record means each addition multiplies the power of the ones you already run.
Grow anytime
Add pillars as you scale. Nothing to rip out, nothing to rebuild — the vault just gets stronger.
Built By Operators
From the team behind a $200M firm — built for the standards we had to meet
Keystone Vault is built by GT Creative Solutions — led by Leroy A. Latshaw, a retired U.S. Army aviator who, with his wife Jamie, spent 23+ years growing a government-services company into a $200 million international firm. Every pillar reflects a real requirement we had to satisfy: hire right, prove readiness, keep records clean, train to standard, account for every hour, and lock it all down.
